Haynes receives postseason honors
Bulldog sophomore guard Tiffaney Haynes was the only Lady Bulldog basketball player receiving postseason honors following the 2010 season.
Hayes was named Second Team All-State and was named to the All-Star team. The game is scheduled for March 25 at East Central.

Lady Bulldogs fall to Lady Rangers; end season
GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell here Thursday night in the season finale, 85-66, to the Lady Rangers of Northwest Mississippi Community College.
With the loss, the Lady Bulldogs ended the season at 2-17 overall and 2-10 in the North Division. Kanesha Merritt led the Lady Bulldogs with 19 points while Tiffaney Haynes had 11 and Tiffany Williams had 10.

SCOOBA --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell here 74-62 versus the Lady Lions of East Mississippi Monday night.
With the loss, the Lady Bulldogs fell to 2-16 overall and 2-9 in the North Division. Tiffany Williams led the Lady Bulldogs with 19 points while Brittany Henry had 10 points.
The Lady Bulldogs season ends Thursday night versus Northwest Mississippi Community College. Gametime is 6 p.m.

Lady Bulldogs get division over Lady Tigers
CLARKSDALE --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs got a 60-50 North Division win over the Lady Tigers of Coahoma Community College here Monday night.
With the win, the Lady Bulldogs went to 2-14 overall and 2-7 in the North Division. Tiffaney Haynes led the Lady Bulldogs with 11 points. Kanesha Merritt, Brittany Henry and Justinne McClain each had 1o points. McClain added 13 rebounds.
The Lady Bulldogs host the Itawamba Lady Indians Thursday night at 6 p.m. They then travel to Scooba to play East Mississippi on Monday at 5:30 p.m. and then return home to end the regular season versus Northwest at 6 p.m.

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell to 1-14 overall and 1-7 in the North Division here Thursday night with a 69-62 loss to the Lady Trojnas of Mississippi Delta.
Tiffany Williams led the Lady Bulldogs with 12 points while Justine McClain and Kanesha Merritt each had 10 points.
The Lady Bulldogs travel to Clarksdale Monday to play the Lady Tigers of Coahoma. They then host the Lady Indians of Itawamba on Thursday in Goodman.

Bulldogs get big North Division win
GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs improved to 8-11 overall and 4-4 in the North Division here Thursday night with a 72-69 win over the Trojnas of Mississippi Delta.
Anthony Jones led the Bulldogs with 27 points while Gabe Osagie had 15 and Anthony Borden had 14.
The Bulldogs travel to Clarksdale Monday to play the Tigers of Coahoma. They then host the Indians of Itawamba on Thursday in Goodman.

BOOONEVILLE --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell to 1-13 overall and 1-6 in the North Division here Thursday after falling to Northeast Mississippi Community College, 65-52.
Tiffaney Haynes led the Lady Bulldogs with 16 points while Brittany Henry had 10.
The Lady Bulldogs return to action Thursday, Feb. 4 versus Mississippi Delta. Game time is 6 p.m.

SENATOBIA --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell to 1-5 in the North Division here Monday night after falling to the Lady Rangers of Northwest Mississippi Community College, 87-62.
Tiffaney Hayned led the Lady Bulldogs with 17 points while Tiffany Williams added 10. The Lady Bulldogs went to 1-12 overall.
The Lady Bulldogs travel to Booneville Thursday to play Northeast Mississippi Community College.

With the win, the Lady Bulldogs went to 1-9 overall and 1-2 in the North Division. Latara Archie led the Lady Bulldogs with 15.
The Lady Bulldogs travel to Fulton on Monday to play Itawamba and then return home on Thursday to play East Mississippi.

GOODMAN --- After leading East Central Community College the entire game until there was five minutes left, the Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell in a tough, season-opening game, 82-74.
The Lady Bulldogs led 33-28 at halftime. Tiffaney Haynes led the Lady Bulldogs in scoring with 18 while Laquita Armstead had 11.
The Lady Bulldogs travel to Hinds Community College in Utica to play the Hinds Lady Bulldogs at 6 p.m.
